Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an EPC Business Head - C&I NCR region at Evolve Energy Group. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial and industrial solar power projects in the NCR region. This role involves leading project planning, execution, and management, as well as developing strategies to drive business growth. While the role is based in New Delhi, there is flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Knowledge of Solar Power solutions and energy industry trends
  • Experience in managing commercial and industrial projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certifications in Project Management or Solar Energy are a plus.
