You’ll be responsible for converting Figma designs into clean, responsive React components, staying aligned with design standards and performance best practices. Familiarity with the Ruby on Rails ecosystem is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain high-quality, reusable React.js components.- Translate Figma or design mockups into responsive and pixel-perfect front-end code.- Implement modern CSS practices using tools like SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components.- Ensure design consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.- Optimize UI performance and implement best practices for scalability and maintainability.- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and Rails backend engineers.- Contribute to the development of UI standards, component libraries, and design systems.- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.Required Skills:- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end development.- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.- Strong experience with converting Figma designs into production-ready code.- Solid understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture, and component-based development.- Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.) and CSS-in-JS solutions.- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and integrating with Rails-based backends.- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.- Good understanding of Git workflows, Agile development, and CI/CD processes.What We Offer:- Opportunity to lead and shape UI architecture and best practices- Collaborative and design-driven development culture- Competitive compensation and flexible work hours
