Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Administrator with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration. The ideal candidate will manage device configurations, application deployments, user policies, compliance enforcement, and security monitoring across the enterprise IT ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in device management, security, automation, and end-user support.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint Management- Manage, configure, and administer Intune policies, compliance rules, device profiles, and app deployments.- Enroll, support, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.- Implement and maintain security baselines, conditional access policies, and device health monitoring.- Manage Autopilot provisioning, device lifecycle, and updates.Microsoft 365 Administration- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD (Entra ID).- Manage user accounts, groups, licensing, permissions, and security settings.- Monitor service health, perform basic PowerShell automation, and handle escalated M365 incidents.- Ensure compliance, DLP, retention policies, and identity security configurations.Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)- Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA).- Apply and maintain web filtering, firewall rules, and security policies.- Troubleshoot user connectivity issues, certificate deployments, and Zscaler client connector.- Monitor logs, alerts, and ensure adherence to secure web access policies.Mimecast Email Security- Administer Mimecast policies such as anti-spam, anti-phishing, attachment protection, and URL filtering.- Manage email continuity, archiving, and quarantine releases.- Troubleshoot failed deliveries, routing issues, and configuration changes.- Work with security teams to analyze threats and refine mail security posture.General Infrastructure Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 support for escalated tickets related to endpoints, authentication, and cloud services.- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.- Monitor system performance, alerts, and respond to incidents promptly.- Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure compliance and best practices.- Participate in audits, patching cycles, and periodic system checks.Required Skills & Experience- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a System Administrator or Endpoint Administrator role.- Strong knowledge of Intune, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure AD (Entra ID).- Experience managing Zscaler and Mimecast environments.- Good understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, security concepts, and troubleshooting.- PowerShell scripting experience (preferred).- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft certifications: MD-102, AZ-900, MS-102 (preferred).- Experience with conditional access, identity protection, and cloud security.Location: BengaluruWork Mode: OfficeOffice Hours : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
