Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Order to Cash (OTC) Developer to enhance and support SAP and ERP systems within the OTC lifecycle. The role focuses on designing, developing, and customizing solutions to optimize sales orders, invoicing, delivery, billing, and accounts receivable processes. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth EDI integrations and high-performance SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Development:
Design, develop, test, and implement custom functionalities for the OTC process.
Enhance workflows for sales orders, invoicing, delivery, billing, and accounts receivable.
Solution Customization:
Customize SAP SD and MM modules to meet unique business requirements.
Develop solutions that improve efficiency across the OTC lifecycle.
EDI Integration:
Configure and test EDI transaction types such as 850 (Purchase Order), 810 (Invoice), 856 (Advanced Shipping Notice), and 997 (Functional Acknowledgment).
Develop and maintain data mappings between SAP and trading partners using IDocs and BAPIs.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Resolve system bugs and optimize technical performance.
Provide support for system-related issues in the OTC domain.
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for custom developments and process workflows.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in SAP/ERP development with expertise in Order to Cash processes.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP ABAP for custom development and interfaces.
In-depth knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
Experience with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration tools (IDocs, BAPIs, SAP PI/PO).
Strong debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong documentation and workflow design abilities.
