Contracts Manager, Senior Manager

Riviera is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the full contract lifecycle across sales, vendor, and partner agreements. Manage and maintain the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and partner contracts. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address legal and business questions. Create and maintain templates, process documentation, and internal policy guides. Provide contract training, guidance, and support to business teams. Analyze complex provisions, pricing, and terms to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle (from intake and negotiation through execution and renewal). A proactive, collaborative approach to relationship building across teams and departments. Familiarity with privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and a working understanding of risk management. Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is highly valued. LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) required. Have experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, or ambiguous environments. Bring strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Have deal desk, professional services, and/or in-house experience (law firm experience also valued).
