Frontend ui engineering manager

We are looking for a bright and exceptional Engineering Manager to join our Front-end Technology team. This position is for HYD/BLR. What You'll Do Build awesome end user experience using a combination of UX design + Right UI frameworks. Manage, design, execute and take complete responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects/products Help the team translate the business requirements into R&D tasks Work with business groups to outline project deliverables and manage the roadmap of the R&D tasks Work with the product team to understand the end user needs and build intuitive UI flows Follow Agile development model to incrementally build out the applications with regular reviews with product and stakeholders Develop and scale best technical design and practices across the organization Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers) to review usability, accessibility of the UI, to manage delivery, unblock teams, identify risks and remove the roadblocks Lead and influence design conversations for scale, performance and wider adoption of library components Mentor and upskill junior engineers through blogs, peer reviews, design conversations, technology stack choices etc What You'll Need A bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in IT industry. 10+ years of web development technologies including HTML5 Java Script, typescript, React, CSS, TDD. Superior project management skills to ensure high-quality and timely solution delivery Good understanding of UX design, usability, accessibility, analytics, look and feel consistency. Good understanding of architectural principles, patterns, web performance. Experience in latest trends ES6/7 Node, package management, webpack, babel. Working knowledge of Object-Oriented Java Script and Functional Java Script. Having experience/understanding of Material UI design and mobx are preferred. Deep understanding in core web and browser concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
