Research and Innovation: Conduct ongoing research to stay current with emerging trends in chemistry education, advancements in the field, and pedagogical best practices. Content Validation: Collaborate with instructional designers and academic teams to validate the scientific accuracy of educational material and resolve any discrepancies or ambiguities. Assessment Creation: Design and develop assessments such as quizzes, exams, and assignments that assess students' understanding of chemistry concepts, ensuring appropriate difficulty levels and diverse question types. Academic Support: Provide subject-specific support to educators, students, and content developers through webinars, workshops, or direct consultation. Professional Development: Participate in training programs to enhance subject knowledge and teaching strategies, ensuring the content delivered is of the highest academic standard. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews of content to ensure clarity, quality, and educational value, making necessary revisions as needed Skills Required Strong conceptual understanding of Chemistry. Excellent written communication skills. Familiarity with educational content creation. Knowledge of curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE).
