Job Opportunity: Manager – Tax TechnologyLocation: NESCO, Goregaon, MumbaiWork Model: Hybrid (4 days in-office + 1-day WFH)Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM ISTExperience Required: 7–10 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a manager – Tax Technology to bridge the gap between US Partnership Tax Compliance and technology transformation initiatives . This high-impact role requires working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to streamline compliance processes, drive automation, and deliver scalable tax technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement tax technology initiatives to enhance compliance and automation.Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and design solutions.Oversee testing, rollout, and adoption of tax technology tools.Support US Partnership Tax Compliance (Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040).Manage compliance workflows, workpapers, and GPS ticketing systems.Document processes using Visio, Alteryx, or similar tools.Provide subject matter expertise in tax software, allocations, and reporting.Ensure strong governance, ownership, and timely project delivery.Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience in US Partnership Tax Compliance .Strong background in financial services/real estate with exposure to complex allocations.Hands-on experience with tax software/tools: IPAX, CCH Axcess, GoSystem, ONESOURCE, Alteryx, Power BI .Experience in business transformation or tax technology.Proficiency with GPS ticketing systems & workpaper management.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field ( MBA preferred ).5+ years of professional experience including:4+ years in tax technology/transformation .2+ years in tax compliance (corporate/financial services/private wealth).Advanced Excel skills and strong documentation abilities.Experience in process mapping & automation (Visio, Alteryx, etc.).Preferred SkillsExposure to Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, VBA, SQL, SSIS, SharePoint .Knowledge of database development, ETL solutions, RPA tools .Strong analytical skills to handle complex data.Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
