Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Identification
Research and identify influencers whose values, audience, and style align with brand objectives.
Evaluate influencer relevance and engagement to ensure a perfect fit for campaigns.
Outreach & Onboarding
Contact potential influencers and present collaboration opportunities.
Negotiate commercials, explain campaign requirements, and onboard influencers for campaigns.
Database Creation
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers across categories and genres for easy access during campaign planning.
Maintaining Influencer Relationships
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to foster trust and loyalty.
Encourage influencers to collaborate as exclusive creators with Verse Innovations Pvt Ltd.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience : 2–3 years in influencer marketing or related fields.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective influencer outreach and relationship building.
Proven ability to negotiate and manage collaborations.
Organizational skills to create and maintain an efficient influencer database.
Creative mindset with a focus on aligning influencer collaborations with brand goals.
