Our mission is to create an extraordinary impact on the world through our culture and digital technology excellence.Binmile combines agility and speed of implementation to tailor innovative future-focused solutions in Software Product Engineering; all fueled by AI and automation.Key Responsibilities•     Architect, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications with emphasis on performance, security, and usability.•     Build and maintain complex user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.•     Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) in Node.js, handling business logic, database interactions, and integrations.•     Design, optimize, and manage both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases for efficient data retrieval, storage, and reporting for resource management requirements.•     Ensure code quality through reviews, debugging, optimization, and adherence to software best practices and security standards.•     Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering best practices, code reuse, and documentation.•     Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to ensure smooth CI/CD, automated testing pipelines, and deployment to the cloud environment.•     Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API contracts, and user guides.•     Stay up to date with emerging technologies relevant to internal cloud applications, propose innovations, and lead adoption of AI-assisted development and automation tools where appropriate.Qualifications & Skills (Required)•     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.•     Proven experience (4+ years) as a full-stack developer with deep expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js.•     Strong backend experience with Node.js runtime and frameworks like Express, including API design and implementation.•     Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, schema design, query optimization, and ORMs (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize).•     Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms, security best practices (e.g., OWASP), and data protection regulations.•     Experience working with Git version control, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.•     Knowledge of containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.•     Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.•     Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading technical discussions and coordinating across teams.•     Leadership experience guiding development efforts and mentoring team members is highly desirable.Top benefits and perks:As a Binmillion, you’ll enjoy:● Opportunity to work with the Leadership team● Health Insurance● Flexible working structure● Binmile is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
