We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the communication between our digital department and various business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, IT concepts, and relevant technologies, enabling them to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of projects


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the digital department and business units, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement, especially in BPO environments.
  • Collaborate on projects related to Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Management (BPM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including requirement analysis reports and project plans.
  • Participate in project management activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a BPO or digital environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively.
  • Proven project experience with BI, BPM, and AI projects is a plus
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) will be highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is advantageous.
