We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Owner - Open Banking to lead and guide our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and especially PSD2 in Europe and Open Banking in UK, as well as Open Finance. This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking and financial clients.

Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions, and following up implementations of those such as Berlin Group NextgenPSD2
Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
Monitoring regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
Stay updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.
Identify market trends and opportunities in open banking and develop requirements for innovative products and services.
Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.
Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and being involved in API integrations or implementations
Managing the full implementation cycle end-to-end, to the point they launch
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
