It’s easy to waste time on things that don’t drive results. You need to be laser focused on the activities that have the biggest impact. Requirements 7-10 years working experience working closely with partners in a similar role (BD, sales, Buying, sourcing etc). Trying lots of different things and learning quickly from failure. Strong familiarity and networks in the global retail space, hospitality , corporate and events space  Should have attended Indian or International trade shows and strong understanding of handmade products, pricing, MOQs Great with presentations and excel and communications skills Hard skills we love to see : Proven experience with partnerships or sales (deals, accounts, etc)  Project management & cross-department communication.
