Job Summary:
Leeford Healthcare Limited is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies and campaigns that reflect Leeford Healthcare Limited’s core values and business objectives.
- Curate and create visually compelling content, including graphics, images, and videos, to boost engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and track the performance of social media content to refine strategies and maximize reach.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and maintain positive relationships with our online community.
- Conduct regular audits of social media channels to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on social media campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special campaigns or product launches across digital platforms.
Primary Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Expertise in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to optimize strategies.
- Strong creative and design skills for crafting engaging visuals and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns for brands or companies.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, marketing strategies, and best practices.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing brand presence on multiple social media platforms.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media following and engagement.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and strategies.
- Experience in a healthcare or wellness-related industry will be an advantage.
