Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead to scale and lead our talented team of engineers. The successful candidate will oversee a vertical within the engineering department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, fostering a collaborative work environment, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
Experience Level : Senior Level
Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership and Vision
Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with overall vision and business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders.
Develop a long-term vision for our products and platform.
Maintain a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality, high-velocity delivery.
2. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the engineering and product departments.
3. Holistic View
Partner closely with engineers, product, design, and cross-functional leaders to shape, sequence, and lead engineering work.
Ensure alignment with overall strategy.
4. Continuous Improvement
Contribute to building a culture of continual improvement, fostering innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
Ensure the team stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and security standards.
Key Requirements & Skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Strong technical background with expertise in AWS and the MERN Stack.
Experience in architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using AWS and the MERN stack.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion in a collaborative environment, with a focus on solution architecture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
Passion for working in a product-focused environment with a commitment to customer impact.
Empathy-driven leadership is always a plus.
