Role:
As Asst. Manager - HR for SVF Cinemas, you will be responsible for supporting essential HR functions across multiple locations, including recruitment, training, and compliance. Your role is key to ensuring our teams are well-supported and equipped to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee hiring for multiplex roles, ensuring we bring in the right talent for each unit.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture aligned with our brand.
Training & Development: Lead training programs tailored to multiplex operations, supporting both customer service excellence and operational know-how.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure each location complies with labor laws and internal policies; update teams on relevant regulatory changes.
Performance Management: Guide performance evaluations and provide support to managers on employee feedback and development.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster positive relations within the team.
Data & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a relevant industry.
Understanding of relevant labor laws and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
This role may require travel across multiple locations to provide on-site support as needed.
