As we expand, we are seeking motivated and competent lawyers to join our growing team.Open PositionsWe are inviting applications for the following full-time, on-site roles in South Delhi:Associate (NCLT) – 1 positionJunior Associate (NCLT) – 1 positionAssociate (Arbitration) – 1 positionJunior Associate (Arbitration) – 1 positionRole DescriptionAssociates will independently manage day-to-day litigation before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, High Courts, Supreme Court, Consumer Forums, and Arbitral Tribunals.Junior Associates will assist in drafting, research, and case preparation under the supervision of senior lawyers.The ideal candidates must have specialized experience in NCLT, arbitration, and civil litigation along with excellent drafting and courtroom skills.Key Responsibilities1. NCLT & NCLAT MattersRepresent clients in insolvency, restructuring & company law disputes.Draft petitions, replies & documents for CIRP, mergers & related proceedings.2. ArbitrationManage domestic & international arbitrations.Draft SoCs, counterclaims, rejoinders & assist in award enforcement/challenges.3. Civil LitigationDraft & file pleadings, suits, appeals before civil courts & High Courts.Appear in hearings on property, commercial & contractual disputes.4. Research & Case StrategyConduct legal research & prepare briefs.Track latest judgments, amendments & practice developments.5.
