If you’re passionate about using design to enhance digital marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you. This position is based in our Coimbatore office, and we’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our team on-site.
What You’ll Do:
- Design compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook ads, Google display ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
- Create conversion-focused visuals that support our performance marketing goals, ensuring designs are aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with our content writers and media buying teams to produce high-performing ads and marketing materials.
- Translate complex marketing strategies into engaging, easy-to-understand designs that drive user engagement and lead generation.
- Work on a variety of digital assets, including banner ads, social media posts, landing pages, and presentations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and design to ensure your work remains cutting-edge and relevant.
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across multiple platforms and campaigns to enhance client brand identity
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-year experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- A keen understanding of performance marketing principles and how design impacts results.
- Strong ability to create designs that focus on user engagement and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- This role requires you to work from our office in Coimbatore
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
- Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience working in an agency environment, especially in a performance marketing context.
- Capability to handle end-to-end client projects, including creative planning, strategy, and execution.
