This is what you’ll dive into in every project.If you love translating ideas into powerful visuals, obsess over craft and detail, and enjoy building clarity through design, you’re the right fit.We are seeking a senior graphic designer to lead conceptual development and create high-impact brand narratives and craft brand Communications, someone who can turn complex ideas into compelling visual narratives while elevating the overall creative quality of the design team.Responsibilities:Conceptual Thinking & Visual ExecutionBring high creative imagination paired with strong execution skills, Software skills, ensuring ideas translate into crafting of brands that are outstanding and experential in the market.Visual StorytellingTranslating strategy/ concepts into visualsBrand building/ Brand CommunicationBrand guideline preparationsCreation of end-to-end brand modulesPackaging DesignIllustration & Sketching abilities, Drawing skills added advantageTime management skills.Brief Understanding & CommunicationUnderstand project briefs clearly and deliver outputs that align precisely with project requirements.Apply strong communication skills to interpret intent, context, and tone accurately within design solutions.Planning, Process & Quality ControlDemonstrate strong planning and task management skills to ensure projects are completed within expected timelines.Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Apply excellent proofreading and grammar skills to support accurate, polished, and error-free deliverables.Experience:3+ years of experience in graphic design / visual communication.Qualifications :B.Des / M.Des (Bachelor/Master of Design), BFA / MFA in Graphic Design / Visual Communication.A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, visual storytelling, and execution capability.Proficiency in Adobe suite, design tools and AI.Strong understanding of visual principles and the ability to build coherent brand systems.Deep understanding of design theories, brand-building processes, aesthetics, styles, movements, and trends.High skill in visual storytelling, emotional expression, and layout.Strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma is a plus) and AI Knowledge and understanding will add values.Strong observation skills, accountability, and effective time management.Strong desire to experiment, take creative risks, and push beyond the obvious, while respecting brand realities and constraints.
