We're a fast-paced, forward-thinking team focused on driving real impact for SMBs, and we're looking for a product designer who shares our vision What You’ll Do: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive mobile and desktop interfaces.
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
Own the design process from ideation to implementation, continually iterating based on user feedback.
Contribute to product strategy discussions, ensuring that user needs drive product decisions.
Maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices for a consistent user experience.
What You’ll Bring: 4+ years of experience in designing digital products, with a strong UI/UX portfolio showcasing your impact.
Proven ability to design intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces for non-tech-savvy users.
Expertise in user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with product managers and engineers.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Java Script (a plus, but not required).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2 B Saa S or startup environments .
Prior experience working closely with front-end developers.
