As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure the successful integration of data science into product and business strategies.

Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making

Develop and deploy ML models using Python, SQL, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Evaluate and fine-tune NLP, LLM, and other advanced AI models

Stay current with trends in AI, cloud services, and ML Ops

1+ years of experience in data science and machine learning

~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field

~ Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

~ Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

~ Solid understanding of data analysis, model evaluation, and deployment

Good to have: Experience with cloud services, NLP, LLM, Spark, Docker, AI, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
