Presales Solution Architect – Cloud, Infrastructure & AutomationLocation: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad | Experience: 10+ Years | Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are expanding our Presales & Solutions team and are looking for a highly skilled Presales Solution Architect with deep expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Automation. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end presales solutioning for Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Automation, and Managed Services opportunities — working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to develop winning solutions, proposals, and client presentations.Key Responsibilities- Lead the solution design, estimation, and architecture for large-scale Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure Managed Services deals.- Build automation-driven operational models leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code, AIOps, and DevOps toolchains.- Develop high-quality proposals, response decks, and client presentations articulating technical and business value.- Collaborate with AWS, Azure, and GCP partners to create differentiated Cloud and Automation offerings.- Conduct client discovery workshops, due diligence sessions, and transition planning exercises.- Translate customer business challenges into scalable architectures and operating models.- Partner with Delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with capability strengths.- Support bid defenses, orals, and client presentations with strong storytelling and executive communication.Skills & Experience- 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Automation, including at least 5+ years in a Presales or Solution Architect role.- Strong understanding of Cloud migration, Infra-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), DevOps, AIOps, and Service Management.- Experience in building TCO/ROI models, solution decks, and value propositions.- Excellent English communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills – non-negotiable.- Strong ability to simplify complex technology concepts and present them effectively to CXO-level audiences.- Certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, or TOGAF preferred.
