Job Title: Business Development, Revenue Generation & Referral Manager.
Location: Kanakaveda Holistic Centre, Bandra, Mumbai
CTC: ₹6,00,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annum

Kanakaveda Healthcare and Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is dedicated to providing non-surgical, non-gym-based, and non-crash diet solutions for weight management. Our holistic approach combines traditional wellness practices with modern health insights, particularly in areas supporting Oncology, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, and Gynaecology.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development, Revenue Generation & Referral Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry, preferably with 5+ years of experience working alongside Oncologists, Cardiologists, Orthopaedists, or Gynaecologists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the Kanakaveda Holistic Centre in Bandra by developing and managing referral networks, particularly focusing on weight management & Weight related diseases solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement targeted revenue generation strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets for the Kanakaveda Holistic Centre.
- Identify key areas for revenue enhancement within the weight management treatment offerings, optimizing service delivery for client satisfaction.
B. Referral Network Creation:
- Build and maintain strong referral networks with Oncologists, Cardiologists, Orthopaedists, Gynaecologists, and other relevant healthcare providers.
- Create strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and specialists to refer patients who may benefit from Kanakaveda’s holistic, non-surgical weight management programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and engagement activities to strengthen referral relationships.
C. Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with clients and potential clients, providing detailed information on Kanakaveda's unique weight management services.
- Ensure a positive, supportive experience for all referred clients and oversee follow-up consultations as needed to maximize satisfaction and retention.
D. Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Research and analyse market trends to identify potential areas for expanding Kanakaveda’s weight management services.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, focusing on patient demographics and referrals.
E. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track performance metrics related to revenue and referrals, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Assess the effectiveness of referral and revenue generation strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure objectives are met.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare setting, preferably with experience working with or building referral networks involving Oncologists, Cardiologists, Orthopaedists, or Gynaecologists.
- Education: Degree / in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong network within the healthcare industry, with an understanding of weight management needs in Oncologist, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, and Gynaecologists contexts.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
