Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Management Intern to join our Bengaluru team. This role is tailored for individuals pursuing an MBA or those who have completed a BBA. The internship provides hands-on experience in lead generation, client interactions, and CRM management, offering a stepping stone into the professional world of consulting and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with LyraCorp’s offerings.
- Data Management: Keep the CRM updated with accurate and organized information about leads and client interactions.
- Client Outreach: Assist in coordinating follow-ups and maintaining client relationships.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and contribute insights to refine targeting strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports to track lead progress, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: Pursuing an MBA or completed BBA.
- Languages: Proficiency in Kannada and English is required; knowledge of Hindi and Tamil is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and the internal team.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
- Proactive and Organized: Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
