Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Autocad Drafter at Newarch® in Borivali, Mumbai. The Autocad Drafter will be responsible for technical drawing, creating shop drawings, and producing architectural drawings. The role will involve working closely with the architecture team and other stakeholders to accurately translate design concepts into detailed drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings for construction projects using CAD software.
- Collaborate with Design leads and Project Partners to understand project requirements.
- Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes in project scope or design.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive drawing library for all projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify the accuracy of drawings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in technical drawing, shop drawings, and architectural drawings
- Proficient in Autocad software
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
