Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, building enterprise applications using Java technologies, and implementing microservices architecture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to mentor a team while driving innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java technologies.
  • Architect and implement solutions using Microservices and Micro Database Architecture.
  • Develop workflows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Strong experience with Microservices architecture and database management.
  • Proficiency in developing workflows using BPMN and DMN tools (e.g., Camunda, Activiti).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Leadership Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a team-leading or mentoring role.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
