You will play a key role in designing the next generation of digital banking experiences, ensuring our solutions not only meet the needs of our clients but also provide a "dramastically better" experience for their end-users.Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.Design and conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback.Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX and Fintech.Skills:Experience in UX design, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or B2B space.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design process.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.Knowledge of the following technologies and software: HTML, CSS, iOS, Android, Design Systems.Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.A passion for creating clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
