Role Overview

As a Generative AI and RAG Solution Developer , you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative solutions centered around document vector search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Your work will involve creating intelligent, scalable, and secure AI systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise workflows, with a special focus on HR/talent acquisition domains.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to bring our vision of AI-powered solutions to life, exploring the latest advancements in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and state-of-the-art language models.


Responsibilities

Solution Development

  • Develop document vector search and RAG assistant tools:
  • Extract key-value pairs from documents.
  • Generate, store, and manage vector embeddings in vector databases.
  • Perform efficient vector search and retrieval of documents.
  • Build RAG models to generate responses from retrieved documents using LLMs.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex, focusing on:
  • Document parsing, text chunking strategies, and efficient text processing.
  • Select and deploy vector embedding models (API vs. local deployment).
  • Enhance retrieval processes with hybrid search and custom similarity scoring.

Technology Leadership

  • Implement robust and scalable vector search pipelines.
  • Optimize vector distance metrics and dimensionality for use cases.
  • Choose, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for RAG workflows, considering hardware implications (CPU vs GPU).

Collaboration and Innovation

  • Collaborate with HR and cloud teams to develop AI solutions tailored for talent acquisition workflows.
  • Integrate AI systems with APIs, serverless functions, and enterprise HR tools.
  • Optimize and secure cloud infrastructure for development and production deployments.


Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills

  • Programming Languages : Python (advanced proficiency).
  • Data Science Expertise :
  • Generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, deep learning, machine learning.
  • Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and vector algebra.
  • Libraries & Frameworks : LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, SpaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NLTK, Scikit-Learn, Streamlit.
  • Databases : Chroma DB, PineCone, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle Database 23c.
  • Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Preferred Additional Experience

  • HR/Talent Acquisition domain expertise (HR workflows, enterprise applications).
  • Integration expertise with APIs and serverless architectures.
  • Cloud administration, including creating secure landing zones and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Knowledge of AI agents and AI-driven robotic process automation (RPA).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Flask, FastAPI, GitHub, and AI/MLOps practices.
  • Hands-on with enhancing AI retrieval using hybrid search and advanced similarity techniques.
