Join us and be part of a vibrant company that embraces diverse perspectives, and is committed to doing well by doing good.New position for FinOps Service Analyst being created in support of Project Activate 11.16 "FinOps" as well as the BAU operations of the newly created FinOps serviceThis position is a contributor role reporting to the FinOps service ownerFinOps service effectively straddles between the two distinct worlds of tech and finance; with a primary mission of driving the company to be efficient with our commercial-cloud spends while keeping an eye on commercial spend commitment targetsThis position is responsible to execute on the objectives supporting Project Activate 11.16 commitments, as well as performing the requisite duties inherent to this new service.Demonstrable experience required: 5+YrsFunction and contribute within a globalized team with resources in different areas of the globe through direct and matrix relationshipsClear understanding of FinOps concepts as well as their practical/pragmatic applicationF unctional understanding of Accounting and Business Finance terms, concepts and languageFamiliarity with Azure Cost Management via Azure PortalFamiliarity with cloud cost management tooling example: Apptio CloudabilitySkills / Knowledge / Certifications Desired:FinOps certification from a recognized programDevelopment scripting languages: PowerBI, PowerShell, Azure-RM, Python, CURL/BASH etcKanban / Spring type agile methodologies and practicesGenAI interest and experience ideally with CoPilot or Azure AI StudioCreating informative visualizations of complex sets of data to ensure fit-for-use business valueWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
