Job Title: Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist (Hybrid - Mumbai)
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days/week in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
● Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
● Business Development: Identify and execute lead generation campaigns to build
and convert a strong client pipeline.
● Social Media Management: Stay on top of social media trends, collaborating with
the Social Media team to craft engaging content.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with SEO, Social Media, and Design teams to
drive cohesive marketing campaigns.
● Content Creation: Assist with brand storytelling, copywriting, and developing
content for multiple channels.
● Market Research & Insights: Provide actionable market analysis to keep our
brands ahead of trends.
● Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery
and measurable results.
● Innovation: Propose creative solutions and strategic initiatives to enhance marketing
efforts.
● Additional Support: Take on tasks that contribute to organisational growth in a
fast-paced startup environment.

Required Qualifications:

collaboration. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
● Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma is preferred.
● Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic startup environment with diverse tasks and
collaborations.
● Location: Mumbai-based, hybrid work model (minimum 3 days/week in-office).
