About the job



Position Overview

As Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager, Public Relations at The Reppro, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic communication plans for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our team to create compelling PR narratives, secure media coverages, and establish thought leadership within the industry. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our clients' visibility and branding pursuits.


This is an on-site position based out of Sector-142, Noida.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic PR plans
  • Media outreach
  • Content creation - Craft engaging press releases, compelling pitches, authored contributions, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with marketing, social media, and content strategies
  • Monitor industry trends & competition closely and leverage industry insights to enhance PR strategies
  • Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of PR campaigns


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English/PR/Journalism/Mass Communication
  • 2-5 years of experience in Public Relations/Corporate Communication
  • PR agency background a MUST


Preferred Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft compelling pitches, narratives and content
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on PR opportunities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
