We’re committed tobuilding science-backed, tech-enabled ventures that address high-impact, emerging market opportunities.We operate at the intersection of innovation, research, and business execution, launching bold, founder-led companies from the ground up.We’re now building a stealth media-tech company and looking for an execution-first Program Manager –Online Marketing to lead digital campaign delivery across paid channels.Position SummaryThis role demands strong hands-on experience with digital media execution across platforms like Google,Meta, Instagram, X and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for managing multi-platform media campaignsend-to-end, ensuring alignment across creatives, content, tracking, and optimization workflows. You'llcoordinate across internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) and external stakeholders to ensure campaignsrun on time and deliver measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, tool-savvy, and able to move from high-level planning to low-leveltroubleshooting in the same hour.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution: Manage campaign launches across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook /Instagram /X), YouTube, and other paid digital platforms.Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative, tech, data, and media planning teams to ensure campaigns are launched with all assets, tracking, and approvals in place.Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize campaigns on a daily basis for pacing, creative rotation, and CTR/CPA/ROAS targets.Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver sharp performance updates, pacing charts, and insights to campaign leadership and clients.Issue Resolution: Proactively identify campaign issues (creative rejection, budget pacing, tracking mismatches) and troubleshoot them in real-time.Process Ownership: Improve campaign operations by refining QA processes, task tracking, and SOPs.MarTech Integration: Ensure correct tagging, attribution, and analytics setup across platforms and tools (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, CRM sync).Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns (agency or in-house).Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; programmatic platform experience is a plus.Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, and attribution tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar.Strong project management skills with the ability to drive timelines, dependencies, and feedback loops.Proven ability to work in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot challenges quickly and ensure seamless campaign delivery.This is a Monday–Saturday role, requiring commitment, flexibility, and ownership in a high-growth, fast-paced setup.Bonus: Experience delivering campaigns for public engagement, political, or issue-based projects.Why Join PSIBe part of a venture-backed stealth initiative with access to cutting-edge media, tech, and analytics infrastructure.Opportunity to work with top-tier strategists, technologists, and creators.Fast-paced, founder-led culture focused on experimentation, ownership, and rapid execution.Competitive compensation, tools budget, and a performance-linked growth path.
