Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end development to join our growth team. In this role, you’ll be working across two exciting projects, gaining exposure to new technologies, and supporting critical digital transformation efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen interest in expanding their technical skills, and enjoys taking on complex challenges.


Projects

Project 1 : Develop and maintain the back-end of KGK Diamonds’ digital platform.

Stack : Next.js (Front-End), Medusa (Node.js) Back-End, PostgreSQL, Kafka for CRM and ERP data syncing.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate UI elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement data flow management using Kafka for seamless syncing between CRM and ERP systems.

Project 2 : Details TBD, with an expectation to apply back-end expertise and adapt to evolving tech stacks as needed.


Key Requirements

  • Experience : 3-4 years working as a full-stack or back-end developer in a product-focused company.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Back-End : Proficiency with Node.js, experience with frameworks like Medusa or similar.
  • Database : Strong understanding of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Data Management : Familiarity with Kafka or similar tools for data syncing and streaming.
  • Front-End : Working knowledge of Next.js or similar front-end frameworks is a plus.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, capable of working remotely within a team environment.
