Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of web and mobile applications, websites, and e-commerce platforms by translating business requirements and brand briefs into innovative, user-centric designs.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other designers to create visually stunning and intuitive interfaces. If you have a passion for crafting seamless user journeys, modern design aesthetics, and the ability to turn concepts into high-fidelity prototypes, we’d love to meet you

Key Responsibilities
  • User-Centered Design : Create designs by understanding business requirements and gathering user feedback.
  • Wireframes & Prototypes : Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Design Systems : Establish and maintain style guides, design systems, and reusable design patterns.
  • UI Elements : Craft visually appealing input controls, navigational components, and informational elements.
  • Responsive Design : Ensure designs are responsive and perform seamlessly across various platforms and devices.
  • Original Graphic Content : Create bespoke graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for enhanced user interaction.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and management, to align on project goals.
  • Iterative Improvements : Incorporate customer feedback, usage analytics, and usability findings into design refinements.
  • Development Handoff : Deliver polished design assets to developers and ensure adherence to design standards during implementation.
  • UI/UX Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve UX challenges to improve user satisfaction.
  • Modern Web Design : Design sophisticated e-commerce systems, product/brand websites, and applications with cutting-edge aesthetics and functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience : 5+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile applications.
  • Tools : Proficient in Figma , along with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and prototyping software.
  • Design Expertise : Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS) for seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to identify and address UX challenges creatively.
  • Collaboration : Exceptional communication skills for presenting designs and feedback integration.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to interaction details, animations, and pixel-perfect designs.
  • Trend Awareness : Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in web and mobile UI/UX design.
