Position: CTOsJob Description:In-depth knowledge about trials with concrete admixture in project sites, preferably some idea about admixture formulation also.Establishing most economical solution with admixture, for meeting customer needs.Maintain stock of samples properly in respective Depots, to carry out trials anytime.Support the sales team to improve wallet share of Berger admixtures.Handle and resolve issues and complaints of key users on technical parameters.Fair idea about relevant market size of admixture in the respective area.Prepare plan to drive admixtures in B/C class RMC& prepare cost estimate for concrete.Prepare plan for site approval of small road projects (State highways at least) tapping in-site consultants& technically establishing suitable products.Prepare plan to drive admixture in developer segment & create database for it.Prepare plan to drive admixtures in paver block & AAC block manufacturing industry; including preparing cost estimate for concrete.Evaluate existing and new customers every year and prepare action plan for next year.Meet and develop connect with local consultants to get approvals of admixtures and develop connect with local contractors, developers/promoters, engineers and contractors.Benchmarking with widely used range of competition product by picking up their samples.Generate and maintain data on market development or changes & competitor's activities.
