Exp: 3 to 4 yrs Work Location: Bangalore(Manyata Embassy Business Park) Shift Timings: 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM Cab Facility: Provided Primary Roles and Responsibilities Update delivery dates on purchase orders. Monitor transit impacts and make date adjustments Review upcoming purchase orders for proactive delivery adherence Processing purchase orders in support of the procurement team Update vendor contact and/or other relevant information in the ERP system Data analysis on team KPIs Initiate vendor outreach on various projects as needed knowledge in Demand planning and Inventory Management Knowledge in overseas Logistic part Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and related reports Excellent communication and organizational skill Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Outlook and ERP systems. Requires the ability to deal effectively and professionally with internal and external customers Able to think analytically. Performs work under minimal supervision.
