Based in: Mumbai

Location - Work from Office (Andheri West)

Working days:- Monday- Saturday

Timing:- 10AM- 7 PM


Key Responsibilities :

  • Concetuplise script and produce videos for Pinkvilla's YouTube channels.
  • Collaborate with the teams to plan, schedule, and execute a content calendar aligned with current trends and audience interests.
  • Handle ideation, research, and scripting for videos; prepare shot lists, and storyboards, and organize necessary resources..
  • Work with video editors to guide the editing process, ensuring visual and audio quality, pacing, and content accuracy. Provide feedback on edits to maintain quality and brand consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to understand viewer engagement; optimize video descriptions, titles, tags, and thumbnails to improve visibility and searchability.
  • Coordinate with social media managers to develop promotional strategies for each video, ensuring maximum reach across platforms.
  • Stay updated on YouTube trends, emerging formats, and platform updates; recommend and implement new strategies to keep content relevant and engaging.
  • Undertake audience research


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content production, particularly for YouTube or social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting, editing, and storytelling for digital audiences.
  • Solid understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, analytics, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a keen eye for engaging content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
