Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Golang Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Golang, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture, along with strong leadership capabilities to mentor a team of developers and ensure delivery excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design and development of backend systems using Golang .Architect and implement microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines.Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure efficient code practices.Guide and mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce development standards.Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources into applications.Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor services using Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines.Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in backend development.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8–12 years of total software development experience, with 5 + years of hands-on experience in Golang .Strong expertise in RESTful API development , Microservices architecture , and distributed systems .Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Solid understanding of concurrency , data structures , and algorithms .Hands-on experience with Docker , Kubernetes , CI/CD pipelines , and version control (Git).Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
