The ideal candidate will be a  street-smart, result-oriented professional  with strong sales leadership skills, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.Industry connections will be an added advantage; however, we are open to candidates from diverse industries who demonstrate high energy, adaptability, and a strong drive for success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Sales & Marketing function across regions, based out of Mumbai.Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and collection targets.Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy client relationships.Represent the company brand effectively and enhance market visibility.Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Travel extensively across regions to drive business growth and client engagement.Candidate ProfileExperience:  Minimum 15–20 years in Sales & Marketing, with proven leadership experience.Education:  Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).Skills & Attributes:Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Passionate, energetic, and highly driven towards targets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.Street-smart with problem-solving and decision-making capability.Other DetailsWork Schedule:  6 days a week (office or travel).Location:  Candidate must be based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.Joining:  Immediate joiners will be preferred.
