Result Driven Performance Marketer Location : West Delhi / Noida
Employment Type : Full-time
Experience : 3+ years in Meta and Google Ads
We are seeking an experienced & Seasoned Performance Marketer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, campaign management, and data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the education and e-commerce industries .

Develop, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Conduct detailed audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page optimization.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape, particularly within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
Experience : Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , Google Ads Manager , and Meta Ads Manager .
Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and dynamic & UGC ad creation.
Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Certification in Google Ads .
Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush , Ahrefs , Spyfu or similar marketing tools.
Understanding of landing page optimization and UX principles.
