Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for client's profile to acquire interviews
- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, and social media content, to effectively communicate the value of our Candidate's resume.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and customer preferences, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising using job portals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT marketing to contribute innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals, providing support in lead nurturing and conversion.
- Actively communicating with candidate and keeping updated his profile based on requirement
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in IT Staffing company as Marketing specialist.
- Must have marketing strategy to market candidate's profile in C2C, W2 & Full-time jobs.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have knowledge about US immigrant and non-immigrant visa type
- Must have experience in making relationship with vendors for networking.
- Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
