The role will focus on building brand visibility, driving qualified tenant leads, and supporting the leasing team through campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and on-ground activations. The incumbent will work closely with Leasing, Category Managers, and Facilities to create engaging customer and tenant experiences aligned with business objectives.Key responsibilities: -- Brand Planning & Strategy- Campaign Management & Demand Generation- Activation & Event Calendar- Marketing Collaterals & Communication- Broker & Partner MarketingEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.Years of experience: 8–10 years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, or real estate marketing.Work Experience Requirements:- Experience in campaign management, retail activations, and co-branded marketing initiatives.- Strong creative and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.- Proactive, result-oriented, and organized.- Comfortable working on-site and during high-traffic retail hours/weekends.
