Lead SoC Verification Engineer – Bengaluru Location: Bengaluru, IndiaRole: Lead SoC Verification EngineerExperience: 6–12+ yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead SoC Verification Engineer to drive verification strategy and execution for cutting-edge SoC designs. This role requires deep expertise in SoC Verification methodologies , with strong hands-on experience in PCIe Gen5/6, Ethernet, and DDR subsystems . As a technical leader, you will architect verification environments, mentor junior engineers, and ensure first-pass silicon success for complex, high-performance SoCs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SoC-level verification planning, environment development, and execution.Architect and implement UVM-based testbenches for complex SoC designs.Drive verification of high-speed interfaces including PCIe Gen5/6, Ethernet, and DDR.Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams to define verification strategies.Own coverage metrics, regression strategies, and sign-off criteria.Mentor and guide a team of verification engineers across multiple projects.Identify and implement automation to improve verification efficiency.Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong background in SoC Verification with 6–12+ years of experience.Hands-on expertise in PCIe Gen5/6, Ethernet, DDR protocols .Proficiency in SystemVerilog, UVM, and verification methodologies .Experience with simulation, emulation, and FPGA prototyping .Solid understanding of SoC architecture, bus protocols (AXI/AHB), and cache coherency.Strong debugging skills and familiarity with waveform analysis tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Why Join Us?Work on next-generation SoCs powering high-performance computing and connectivity.Lead a talented verification team in a collaborative environment.Opportunity to influence verification strategy and methodology across projects.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a global semiconductor leader.About US:Silicon Patterns is a specialized engineering services company with deep expertise in pre-silicon and post-silicon design and verification.
