Are you a dynamic and experienced recruiter with a passion for finding top talent? Thrillophilia, a leading player in the travel and adventure industry, is looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Jaipur
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, primarily focusing on Sales, Customer Support, and Operations.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across different levels and functions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement strategies that meet the company's growth goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong expertise in hiring for Sales, Customer Support, and Operations roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Experience in using linkedin and other sourcing portals to find the best candidates.
- Proficient in using Excel for tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining reports, and analyzing recruitment data.
- A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a team-player attitude.
