As a member of Intellectual Property, the Senior IP Analyst (Patent Prep. & Pros.) will be responsible for handling Patent Prep & Prosecution project support services.
The Role
Senior IP Analyst is expected to handle Patent prosecution across different jurisdictions (e.g., US, EP, IN).
Senior IP Analyst is expected to demonstrate expertise in performing comprehensive in-depth analysis of complex technical subject matter.
Senior IP Analyst is expected to demonstrate inter-personal leadership skills and handle project requests with accuracy in demanding situations | Should be capable of bringing project execution at speed.
Strong & clear understanding of Patent laws | Capable of training juniors on Patent laws.
Demonstrate capability to engage & drive precise and effective conversations with inventors around complex technical topics.
Clear & thoughtful communication and ability to demonstrate results with conviction | Strong articulation & presentation skills.
Expertise in working with MS Visio/AutoCAD, MS-Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Qualifications
Engineering background | Bachelors or Master of Engineering in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automotive/Robotics/Aeronautical/Industrial etc. 4-8 yrs. of prior experience in IP industry.
