Hiring: Senior QA Engineer – Multimedia & AI Platforms Experience: 7+ Years (5+ Years in Automation) #Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / On-site) #Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance across AI-driven multimedia platforms – including web applications, APIs, backend services, and automated workflows. You’ll be responsible for defining QA strategy, building automation frameworks, and ensuring performance and reliability across cutting-edge AI products like Velocity and Agentic AI . Required Skills & Experience: ~7+ years of QA experience in product/platform environments. ~ Proven track record of owning QA across complex, scalable systems (Web Apps, APIs, Backend). ~ Hands-on experience testing multimedia assets – video, audio, and image workflows. ~ Prior experience with cloud-native , ML-powered , or agent-based platforms. ~ Ability to identify test coverage gaps and proactively mitigate quality risks. 5+ years of strong automation experience. ~ Expertise in automating tests across all levels – Unit, Integration, UI, and API . ~ Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines . Platform Quality Ownership Lead QA strategy & execution for Velocity and Agentic AI . Ensure quality across UI, API, backend, integrations (LLMs, cloud services), and outputs (images, video, audio, JSON). #Functional & Exploratory Testing Validate end-to-end experiences including video rendering accuracy, agent fallback logic, and API reliability. #Build automation frameworks from scratch for UI, API, backend, and system-level testing. Performance & Resilience Testing Identify quality risks (concurrency issues, multimedia processing failures, LLM timeouts, agent orchestration failures). Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform robustness. #Work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and AI teams to maintain quality in rapid release cycles. Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with quality-focused insights.
