We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and Next.js to lead and shape our frontend architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, user-centric web applications that set benchmarks for usability and innovation. Lead the frontend architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using React and Next.js . Deliver clean, modular, and efficient code while maintaining scalability and performance. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and user experience. Integrate with RESTful APIs and gRPC / gRPC-Web services efficiently. Conduct thorough code reviews , implement unit and integration tests , and ensure CI/CD compliance . Drive adoption of best practices in accessibility, security, and performance optimization. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality. 4–7 years of experience in frontend development, with strong React expertise . ~ Hands-on experience in Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing, API routes). ~ Solid understanding of web fundamentals — rendering, caching, and performance optimization. ~ Strong command of TypeScript , modern state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright). ~ Familiarity with gRPC / gRPC-Web integrations (nice to have). ~ Work in a flexible, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment .
