Position: Transcription Specialist (Voice & Non-Voice)
Contract Duration: 6 months Contractual basis

Language Requirement: Mid to Advanced Proficiency in Spanish and English
Location : Chennai
Salary: 60K-75K
Job Description:
We are seeking 25 transcription specialists for a 6-month contract , with a combination of voice and non-voice transcription services . The ideal candidates should have mid to advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English , along with strong MS Excel skills. You will be responsible for handling daily transcription volumes, ensuring the work meets quality standards, and adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcription Services:
- Perform accurate voice and non-voice transcription tasks in Spanish and English, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
- Task Management:
- Handle a daily volume of tasks while meeting the established SLAs and quality standards.
- Record Maintenance:
- Keep accurate records of daily work by updating trackers to reflect progress and work completed.
- Time Management:
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently handle assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Escalation Protocol:
- Identify potential SLA or quality issues early and escalate them in a timely manner to the manager or lead.
- Confidentiality:
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding work scope, details, and sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Mid to advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
