Job Description: Senior Quality Engineer
Locations- Indore, Noida, Gurugram and Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, programming, and quality assurance methodologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Automate test cases using Selenium and Rest Easy for web and API testing.
Develop and maintain test frameworks using Java or Python.
Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles to design scalable and maintainable test solutions.
Implement and execute BDD, TDD, and Data-Driven testing approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and validate software functionality.
Write complex SQL queries for database validation and data-driven testing.
Provide feedback on QA processes, ensuring continuous improvement in quality standards.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to address issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Automation Tools: Selenium, Rest Easy.
Programming Languages: Java, Python.
QA Frameworks: BDD, TDD, Data-Driven Testing.
Operating Systems: Windows, Linux.
Databases: Strong understanding of DBMS concepts and ability to write complex SQL queries.
QA Methodologies: Knowledge of software testing processes, including test case design, execution, and defect management.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, client interaction experience, and problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have:
Experience with Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of Document-Based Databases like Mongo DB.
Experience in Data Analysis and handling large datasets.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Automation Testing.
Bachelor’s degree (BE/B. Tech, MCA, or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
