About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of solid experience — someone who doesn’t just design, but dares. Email: What You'll Be Doing: • Campaign Conceptualization: Working hand-in-hand with our strategists, you'll be shaping the visual identity and overarching design language for monthly brand campaigns and collection launches. No two months are the same • Hero Creative Design: You'll be designing the "flagship" static and motion graphic concepts that guide our 3D/CGI/AI teams. Think website hero banners, show-stopping in-store visuals, head-turning outdoor hoardings, and event branding that screams "Unstitched was here" • Brand Guardianship: Ensuring every pixel, every font, and every color sings the brand's song, loud and clear, across all mediums. • Innovation Integration: Bringing fresh, cutting-edge design perspectives, often informed by our 3D and AI capabilities, to keep our clients ahead of the curve. • Template Alchemy: Crafting versatile, impactful templates for various applications that are so good, clients will want to frame them. Who Are We Looking For: • A seasoned pro: 5+ years of actual, impactful graphic design experience, preferably with agency-side or in-house experience for major brands. • A conceptual ninja: You don't just execute; you conceptualize. You can take a vague brief and turn it into a visual masterpiece. • A master of the craft: Impeccable skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are your best friends). Figma/Sketch knowledge is a bonus • A visual storyteller: You understand how design drives narrative and engagement across diverse platforms (digital, print, experiential). • A curious mind: Always learning, always exploring new design trends, and ideally, excited about the future of 3D, CGI, and AI in content. • A team player: You can collaborate brilliantly with strategists, 3D artists, and AI gurus, even if you sometimes argue about the perfect shade of magenta. • A portfolio that slays: This is non-negotiable.
